YATRI: YOGA FOR EMOTIONAL HEALING300-HOUR YOGA ALLIANCE CERTIFIED TEACHER TRAINING

YATRI YOGA

Yatri offers specific sequences of movement, meditation, visualization, breath-work and wisdom to move through “kleshas,” the Sanskrit word for “mind poisons.” Major kleshas include fear, anger, shame, anxiety, depression, attachment, loneliness and jealousy.

Through Yatri, we do not suppress any emotion. We learn to experience the full spectrum of emotions in constructive rather than destructive ways. The sequences are based on the wisdom of Indian and Tibetan Yoga, Ayurveda, and cutting-edge neuroscience.
